I would say it's ideal base for staying and exploring San Antonio. It offers stunning, perfect location. The airport is 12 miles away.

The location was amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from The Alamo Fort. Besides, it was right by the River Walk or anything downtown, San Antonio as well as San Antonio. Climate control, a microwave, and a fridge in our studio suite were useful during stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, made check-in easy and pleasant. I encountered a few maintenance issues in my room, including cleanliness concerns, which detracted from my experience. It's a good option for a short stay, especially for those wanting a central location.

I appreciated the elegant decor and cute atmosphere. The accessible design made navigating the hotel easy, and the cozy seating areas were perfect.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Breakfast was excellent with many options. Valet parking fees are high, but there's a garage nearby for $10 a day. Enjoyed the easy access to the Riverwalk. Wish there was a pool. Appreciate the bike rental option and friendly staff. Great for families with comfortable rooms.

The soundproofing was inadequate, great for disturbances from adjacent guests!!! Navigating the hotel felt confusing at times due to poor signage-more clarity would enhance the overall experience!!!

I loved the modern design of my Queen Studio. It felt so spacious and inviting! The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up a quick breakfast before venturing out. Plus, it was just a short walk to the Riverwalk, perfect for exploring everything around.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and great breakfast, but Wi-Fi was slow at times.

This place was a gem! The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family, and the clean facilities gave us that homely vibe. We loved the refreshing coffee and snacks by the front desk. Plus, the location was right near the Riverwalk-easy walks to parks where we could enjoy the chirping birds!

Our room was never properly cleaned . The bathroom faucet only delivered scalding hot water, dangerous. We also had to call multiple times just to get enough towels and coffee. Breakfast was a disaster. They constantly ran out of items.
